• Shadow integration package (3 x 1 hr sessions)

• 1 x 1 hr retreat preparation session

• 3 day retreat in Glastonbury

• 1 x 1 hr integration sessions

Your preparation and integration around the retreat will support the level of transformation you will experience thanks to

• narrowing down and clarifying what you are bringing into the retreat

• setting well defined intentions

• introducing you or strengthening your connection to the energies we will be working with

• the retreat is the “ceremony”, all big shifts that happen in a ceremonial container are ultimately meant for us to be of use in our daily lives. Integration is THE work.
