I had the honour of being commissioned by Penguin Random House to write one of their Now Age Series books: “You Are Loved: Essential Spirit Guides & Guardians.”
This book began as a writing project, and quickly became an initiation. Whenever we are called to share something with the world, we are also asked to embody it more deeply ourselves. Writing about Spirit Guides became a powerful immersion into the unseen realms, inviting me to deepen my own relationship with the allies, guardians, and ancestral forces that support us.
And the deeper I went, the clearer one truth became: We are never walking alone.

Born during a time of global Awakening
This labour of love was written in London during the full lockdown - a time when the world paused and many of us began questioning what truly matters.
As life shifted and old structures started falling away, countless people felt called to look beyond the purely material world and explore deeper spiritual connection and meaning.
In many ways, this book emerged from that collective moment of reflection and awakening.
