I am proud to introduce my latest creation: my book “You are Loved: Essential Spirit Guides & Guardians”.
I have had the great honour to be commissioned by Penguin/Random House to write one of their Now Age Series books offering ancient wisdom from modern experts.
Ah! I love how the universe works. This book has been an initiation in its own rite (typo intended). What we are called to share with the wider web needs to be consolidated within ourselves- always and all ways! So of course, writing about Spirit Guides turned out to be an intensive immersion into the world of spirit, nudging me not so subtly to dive deeper into my own relationship with the spirit world and my unseen posse.
This labour (and I mark my words) of love was written in London in full lockdown. I somehow knew that this energy was meant to be infused into this book as spirit upped the volume on all things sacred and ceremonial in my personal life. The synchronicities and messages were just…well, out of this world!
The timing could not have been more divinely challenging as I was due to sit down and work on an already tight deadline and the word came to a halt as Humanity decided to take a giant leap in consciousness. Children were homeschooled, parents working from home, some families got reunited and some split, we had a crash course in consciously choosing which reality we want to exist in, everyday life as we knew it was no more and we started questioning all major areas of our life (relationships, environments, work, purpose, etc).
Many felt the need to dive into the deeper meaning of life and what exists beyond the material and maybe even beyond the mental and emotional. Posing more existential questions.
This book is an invitation into the realms of spirit in which I share from my own experience, and teachings from various ancient sacred lineages. I address how to recognise your guides, how to connect with them and deepen your relationship with them in order to be supported in daily life from the most mundane to the most intricate questions and circumstances you have to face in life.
Now, it is the time to integrate all aspects of our being and start connecting with the unseen realms we realise that we are not alone and that we are greatly supported by allies who are here to support us. Animal spirits, ancestors, star family, elements, and many more await your opening up to them and allowing them into your world.
